Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) Have Your Say Workforce Wellbeing Survey is live!

We want to hear from you. Diffley Partnership has been commissioned by the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) to conduct the Have Your Say research survey, and we are inviting people working in social services across Scotland to take part in a national survey.

By completing the survey, you can also choose to express interest in joining a follow‑up focus group.

This survey explores:

• workforce wellbeing, including pay, terms and conditions, and support
• access to training and qualifications
• your experiences of working in the sector.

Your feedback will help inform national workforce planning and future strategies to support the social service workforce.
