As January draws to a close, Megan explores our recent housing-related studies and highlights our latest recruitment opportunities in this month’s newsletter…

As Storms Isha and Jocelyn were in full force this month, many of us lucky enough to have the opportunity to work from the comfort of home grabbed it with both hands.

However, finding affordable, safe and adequate homes can prove challenging at best and impossible at worst for many. Our recent studies on housing issues, highlighted in this month’s newsletter, bring the experiences of many into sharp focus and provide new data which reveals the scale of the challenge for decision-makers.

As we find in our regular polling, housing is an issue of concern for many people, so shining a detailed light on these challenges will remain a key area of interest for us. As well as highlighting concerns however, we are also measuring the steps that many across the UK are taking to make their homes more environmentally friendly and we set out the latest data on that in this issue.
